After the Half I...I reset with a nice week of rest! After the Half Ironman, I didn't swim for the entire week following it because that is my least favorite part of Ironman training. I needed a mental break from it. Then by the following week I was ready to get back into it!<br /><br />I hear you on having NO time! It's crazy. I was really feeling it last week so this Monday I took the evening off and skipped the workout to help myself stay sane.
