And, soda… I just bought Mexican coke for post long workouts… I'm typically not a soda girl at all, but feel better about drinking this one because it's made with cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. I try to foam roll as often as I can, I really think it helps. My major goal is IMLP!
